Is signal interference appeared on LCD normal when turning on and turning off the computer ?
It is normal. This may be caused by signal rate of VGA card. You can improve the image quality by adjusting the phase or pixel rate automatically or manually.
When appearing flickering image on LCD , how to deal with?
Please check whether the pins of signal connect. If the pins are bent or lost, please contact the dealer. You can also check display card and confirm the setting is correct. Or check scan rate , and establish the display card in the acceptable range .

How to maintain a LCD Monitor ?

The standard resolution of LCD monitor panel is 1024 x 768 instead of 604 x 480 in DOS; so the image in Windows may appear more clearly . ( please set the OS resolution to 1024 x 768)
